According to the veda sex was only meant for producing offspring, society has permit sex among married couple  and sex is also taken for recreation and at time for punishment resulting rape.

What is sexual contact for human being? Is just looking a young lady from distance, a sex? Is kissing a type of sexual contact ? What about masturbation? Answers may be different; you may have your opinion. Ideally sexual act is the act in which one of the organ participating is sexual organ. If you consider the ideal understanding of the sexual act as stated, you may find different forms of  sexual act, but major ones are - vaginal sex, anal sex and oral sex. Vaginal sex is the most accepted form of sexual contact. Anal sex and oral sex are no exception.
