Kathmandu 01 Dec: With the motive of social awareness among the youths, the training for “The College Ambassador 2009” is being held in Hotel Pension Vassana. During the training session contestant were visited to Balmandir , where they shared the helping hand by providing different goods on 25th of November. Likewise on another social visit to Sidhi Saligram Bridashram at Bhaktapur organiser Green Arts Media and all 42 participants handover the shawl and arranged a food for the day on 28th of November.

Commencing ‘the world Aids Day’ on 1st December 21 male and 21 female participants were enlightened by Dr. Robins Prateek Gupta who spoke about  the causes, prevention of the disease and even encouraged the participants to aware the society. According to the CEO of Green Arts media Mr. Prabin P. Lacoul and Program Director Anila Shrestha the event college ambassador is basically focused on the acceleration of the youth and society to convey the message of social awareness, promoting culture, non-violence and reconciliation through different events. The final event of the program is to be held on 12th December 2009 at Naach Ghar, Jamal.

 

The programme is being successfully organised for the 3 year.
