Spa includes chilled shower, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and body massage. Chilled shower helps to balance the temperature of body and the surrounding. It gives you the feeling of coolness. But these two differ in one way that steam contains more moisture and is wetty but sauna is drier that fits oily skin more. Steam helps to exclude skin toxins through its pores. If your skin is oily then you can go for sauna and if it is dry then health trainers’ suggestion is to follow steam for it is more matching to your skin. Jacuzzi is another way to massage body by water bubbles, the more bubbles there is your body feels more relaxed. Water gives force to the body in a way that massages which you will surely enjoy.
