Question:

Dear Doctor,
 
I have one question regarding the medicine mifepristone and mispristol I heard and read on the internet that it is effective for abortion or miscarriage treatment. Are these medicine effective for miscarriage / abortion treatment if the period is less than 9 weeks.

Also which medicine will be useful for termination of pregnancy if the period of time frameis  less than 9 weeks.
